v0.2 preview · A new way of working with AI New · Embeddable workstreams

The room where your team and AI work — together.

A Habitat is a shared workspace for your people and the AI specialists you've trained for them. Anyone with the right permissions can tag an agent, watch it work, and approve the result — live, in the same room.

Watch a Habitat at work.

Heights & Hill is a vet clinic in Brooklyn. Hedda runs it. Her marketer Sam, founder Ben, and the @Email Marketing agent share this Habitat. Three humans, one AI specialist, one shared room. Watch them ship a campaign together.

New Embeddable workstreams

Take any Habitat and put it where your team already works.

Mint a link from any Habitat header and drop the workstream into Slack, Microsoft Teams, a Notion page, your customer portal — anywhere. Permitted teammates sign in with one click and chat or invoke agents from inside the surface they're already in. One canonical timeline. Live in every place at once.

One canonical timeline

Type from the embed, the host app, or another channel — every surface stays in sync. The room is the room, no matter who joins from where.

SSO + invite-token

Permissioned by link

Each link encodes read · chat · invoke. Viewers sign in to Habitats once and join at exactly the level you set. Revocable from the share page.

Owner pays

External invokes, internal billing

Permitted viewers can invoke agents from any embed. Run cost lands on the Habitat owner — no per-viewer billing dance.

How it works

Habitats. Agents. Runs. That's the whole thing.

If you've used a Slack channel or a shared doc, you already know the shape. The difference is that one of the participants is an AI specialist your team has trained — and everyone in the room can put it to work.

Habitats

A shared room scoped to one job — "GTO Deck", "Email Marketing", "Hiring · Junior Engineer". Members get permissions, agents get attached, work happens in the stream. Owners, members, and outside guests each get their own scope.

@

Agents

AI specialists trained for one task. Anyone with permission in the room can tag @AgentName and the team watches it work — sources read, integrations called, drafts produced, costs tallied. No private chats.

Runs

Every invocation is a Run. Inputs, steps, output, and exact cost are logged. Re-run with feedback as a team until it's right. The audit log becomes the room's shared memory — a record of how the team and the agent got there.

Why this is different

AI tools hide the work behind a chat. Habitats puts it in the open.

When the agent reads ten PDFs and produces a deck, the room sees what it read. When it sends an email through Mailchimp, the room sees the call. When it costs $48.20, everyone sees why. Collaboration in real time, audit by default, billed at cost.

Roles & permissions

You decide who's in each room and what each agent can touch. Owners, members, and guests get scoped access. Add an external collaborator to one Habitat without giving them your whole org.

Audit-first

Every action — human or AI — is logged in the same stream. Tool calls, sources read, artifacts produced, costs incurred. Auditable by default, not as a paid add-on. Searchable. Exportable.

$

Pay only for what you use

No subscriptions. No tiers. Tokens, runs, and integration calls are billed at cost. Set a soft cap per Habitat if you want a guardrail. Bring your own keys, or let us pick the right model for the job.

Start with one Habitat. Add a teammate. Tag an agent.

Five minutes from here to your first Run. The audit log starts the moment you do.

Privacy

We don't sell your data. We don't train on your content. Agents only access the integrations you connect, and every read is logged in the audit trail. You can export everything and delete your org at any time.

Terms

Pure consumption — pay only for runs and integration calls, no minimums, no commitments. Cancel any time. Agents draft work for human approval; the human approves the send. You own the artifacts your agents produce.
